Becoming a Member 

 

Membership in the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, Bailliage du Springfield is by invitation only and is extended both to "amateur" gastronomes and to culinary and hospitality industry professionals. For professionals, membership offers a unique opportunity to demonstrate one's skill and creativity to a discerning, appreciative audience. For all interested men and women, Chaîne membership offers opportunities to meet people who share a common interest in fine dining and good fellowship.

There are nominal fees associated with membership.
