The French Revolution began with the storming of the Bastille on July 14, 1789. This fortress was used by French kings to imprison subjects that didn't agree with them politically. Now, 230 years later, we will celebrate our own heady independence (sans Guillotine) with a wink to the French Monarchy.

Our Open House format will feature French themed hors d’oeuvres from Chef Kennedy of 5flavors

Our Open House format will feature French themed hors d’oeuvres from Chef Kennedy of 5flavors. (Menu on back).  Each révolutionnaire in attendance must bring a bottle of wine to share, preferably French. The donor’s name will be placed on the bottle for easy reference and discussion.

Cigars on the patio, weather permitting.

Casual dress with ribbons. One guest per member.

Capacity limited to 60.

 Gourmet Cheese Tower garnished with candied walnuts, fresh fruit, fresh thyme

and rosemary served with assorted crackers, stone-ground mustard, preserves

Wild Mushroom Tartlet with Mornay sauce

 Cocktail de Crevettes with French cocktail sauce

 Duck Confit Croûton with parsnip puree and fig jam

 Boeuf en Croûte drizzled with spicy Dijon mustard

 Stuffed French Onion Dip Bread caramelized onion and a blend 

of cheeses baked in French baguette

Chocolate Walnut Tart garnished with fresh strawberries
